Replace the discontinued OEM flange (059121065AB / 059121065DS) with a locally made billet solution. Designed for Gen 1 3.0 TDI engines (BKS, BUN, CATA), this kit fits 2009–2012 VW Touareg TDI, Audi Q7 TDI, and Porsche Cayenne Diesel. Unlike the original two-piece painted flange, this version is CNC-machined from a single block of aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. Paired with an upgraded HNBR O-ring in place of the stock material, it offers a more robust seal and a domestic source for parts without long overseas lead times.
