Increase your Diesels Performance and Efficiency with our Professionally Hand crafted 3" 304 Stainless steel TIG welded exhaust system. Each kit arrives complete with all necessary installation hardware for a seamless, direct bolt-on upgrade. Engine tuning is required to ensure optimal performance.

DOC Converter addon: Adds a high flow diesel oxidation catalyst converter to the downpipe. This option is not available for rush order.

Installation notes: Due to the design of the factory exhuast connection on these vehicles, a small amount of high temp RTV is recommended on the final slip sleeve to aid sealing. Smoke testing of this connection achieved a near-perfect seal. Ensure the clamp is fully tightened.

The EGR plate included in this kit is a prototype and also requires a small amount of RTV on the flange to seal properly. Technically, there should be zero exhaust flow at this location, as the tune commands the valve closed, but this step is recommended as an added precaution .
