EGR Plate kit for 2009–2012 VW Touareg TDI and Audi Q7 TDI (CATA engine). Built for maximum durability, perfect fitment, and cleaner intake airflow, while keeping your DPF, diesel cat, and AdBlue/SCR systems intact when tuned correctly.

Key Features

  • Laser-cut in the USA from 304 stainless steel.

  • 5mm intake plate with tapped M6 threads.

  • 8mm ovoid turbo plate for a perfect seal.

  • Includes OEM Audi/VW gaskets and bolts.

Tuning Requirements

  • Requires ECU tune to prevent CEL.

  • EGR must be turned off in tune.

  • Will not cause limp mode but affects regen if untuned.

Compatibility

  • Fits CATA engine (2009–2012 VW Touareg & Audi Q7 TDI).

  • This kit is NOT compatible with 2013+ Gen 2 3.0 TDI engines

    •  CPNB (All Years Q5, A6, & A7 TDI)

    • CNRB (2013-2016 Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne, & Touareg TDI)

    • CPNA (2014-2016 A8 and A8 L long wheelbase)

  • Cast aluminum intake plenum (not plastic).

  • Visible with engine cover installed.
