Eliminate a common failure point with a precision-machined billet replacement from SUS TDI. The OEM bypass valve (p/n 059121737R / 059121737AM) is notorious for leaks, cracks, and vacuum bag ruptures. This billet delete matches the OEM profile via 3D scan, so your factory hose fits perfectly—no guesswork. With the valve gone, block coolant temp is regulated at 90°C by the primary thermostat, reducing leaks and running a slightly thicker oil film for long-term reliability.
